If a home's for sale and it's been recently painted, there's a good chance it's "Realtor Neutral." That name doesn't actually exist, but Realtor Neutral tends to be a warm color incapable of offending anyone. And that's the point.
In certain houses, bold colors do work, but generally speaking sellers play to the masses by going neutral. After all, why lose a buyer with an electric lime master bedroom?
