2009 Portland Home Prices

The Lake Oswego and West Linn suburbs still reign atop as Portland's most expensive areas. Meanwhile, North Portland, which for many years was the least expensive area is not. At least not two months into 2009. Here are the year-to-date average and median sales prices for homes in our area:

0,400 & 8,000 = Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Wilsonville
9,800 & 0,200 = Northeast Portland
3,900 & 9,000 = Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Clackamas
4,500 & 9,900 = Oregon City, Canby
4,900 & 8,600 = Beaverton, Aloha
8,300 & 7,500 = North Portland
6,400 & 7,000 = Hillsboro, Forest Grove
8,300 & 1,000 = Southeast Portland
8,300 & 3,000 = Gresham, Troutdale
